Wednesday - Word of the week. Quiz on 5-paragraph essay. Continued the movie.
Thursday - Words most often confused. Finished the movie. Reviewed for tomorrow's test on "The Lord of the Flies."
Friday - Writing tip of the week and SSR. Test

11th Grade English Agenda for 10/19/09 - 10/23/09

Monday - Journal Entry. Review pages 160-170. Read pages 171.185. Update your study guide.
Tuesday - Reader's minute. Taught 5-paragraph essay (Make sure to get the notes on this, because there is a quiz on it next week).
Wednesday - Word of the week. Writing assignment (get handout).
Thursday - Words most often confused. Read p. 185-195. Finish your final drafts for homework.
Friday - Writing tip of the week. Collected final drafts of savagery essay. Finish reading the novel, and finish your study guide for chapters 9-12.
