Tue- Reader's minute. Read p 253-262. Complete the study guide.
Wed- Complete the word of the week activity. Read page 243-252 (To Kill a Mockingbird).
Thur- Complete the words most often confused activity. Finish reading the book and finish the study guide.
Fri- Complete the writing tip of the week and SSR activity. Read the handout on quotations and pick one that means the most to you. Then write a 1/2 to 1 page explanation that explains why that quote stood out to you.
11th Grade English
Mon- Journal entry. Collected your poetry project. Went over 10 more grammar questions. Learned subject and verb agreement. Complete a worksheet.
Tue- Reader's minute. Recapped "The Prologue of Canterbury Tales." Went over 10 more grammar questions. Vocabulary quiz game. The quiz is tomorrow.
Wed- Complete the word of the week activity. Went over 10 more grammar questions. Completed the vocabulary quiz. Introduce individual assignment for "The Canterbury Tales."
Thur- Complete the words most often confused activity. Went over 10 more grammar questions. Handed out "The Pardoner's Tale" study guide and story. Started reading the story and completing the study guide.
Fri- Complete the writing tip of the week and SSR activity. Persuasive Essay (see me).
